Seth Earley has been implementing content management and knowledge management projects for over 12 years and has been in the technology field for 20 + years. He is founder of the Boston Knowledge Management Forum and co-author of Practical Knowledge Management from the IBM Press.

Seth has developed search, content and knowledge strategies for global organizations and has developed underlying taxonomies for a diverse roster of Fortune 1000 companies. He is a popular speaker and workshop leader at conferences throughout North America speaking on intranet design, knowledge management, content management systems and strategy, taxonomy development and other related topics. Stephanie Lemieux is a Senior Consultant with Earley & Associates.
For the past several years, she has been working on taxonomy & content management projects for a variety of clients. They include the development of a global corporate taxonomy and integration with a content management system, the creation of faceted taxonomies for large e-commerce websites, and the development of a holistic search and content management strategies. Stephanie also specializes in taxonomy and content governance.

Stephanie has a Masters in Library and Information Studies (MLIS) from McGill University, specializing in knowledge and content management, taxonomy, and information architecture. She can be reached at stephanie at earley dot com.
